Refund policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy, you may request a return within 15 days from the date of purchase.


Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, all products must be in their original condition, including all packaging, tags, and accessories. Items must not be worn, damaged, or altered in any way. Returns that do not meet these requirements may not be approved.


Custom Orders

All custom orders are considered final sale, meaning they cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded under any circumstances. This includes personalized pieces, engraved items, or any item created specifically for your request.


Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for the return. After your request is reviewed, you will receive instructions on how to ship the product back. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or denial of your refund. Approved refunds are processed to the original method of payment. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund to your account.


Non Returnable Items

Items that are worn, damaged, missing components, or outside the 15 day return window are not eligible for a refund. Custom and personalized products cannot be returned or refunded.
